The Road to Big Bear
Liz Alley
A young girl travels the roads of California with her unconventional parents during the “Golden Age” of the '50s. No one anticipated the counter-culture of the '60s that rocked the nation and her world. It would take three more decades filled with roadblocks to find the freedom and adventure she always longed for.

More About Me
Photography is a great way to tell a story. I highly recommend getting outdoors and putting your face behind a camera.
My Photo Gallery
side project
When my children and I were in a women's shelter, I realized there were very few resources for them. I knew someday I would create worksheets to help kids talk about and share their feelings. I'm not a therapist, but I raised seven children and have been an advocate and educator for many years.
Fun Note: My 14-year-old granddaughter, Katy, helped design the "About Me" worksheet.
